What Solution Portal is

Solution Portal is software from HUGGIN AB that gives you a personal AI assistant: a desktop app, a phone notes app, and a website that personalizes them for your business. Your assistant's files live on your computer; our service provides accounts, phone sync, downloads, and billing.

Your AI engine is yours

The assistant runs on an AI engine you connect — Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT/Codex (OpenAI), or Gemini (Google) — using your own account with that provider, under their terms and pricing. We don't provide, resell, or guarantee those services; a free option (Gemini with a Google account) is typically available.

Trials, subscriptions & the founding offer

• Trial: new accounts get the full product free for 30 days. No card needed.
• Subscription: €9/month after the trial, billed by Stripe, cancel anytime from the app or pricing page — you keep access until the period ends. Your files stay on your computer regardless.
• Founding Member: a one-time €100 payment gives lifetime access for that account, including all updates and new AI-model support we ship for at least 2 years from purchase. Limited to the first 100 buyers. Not transferable.
• Refunds: 14 days, no questions, on a first monthly payment and on the founding payment — email support.

Fair use

Don't use the service to break the law, to attack the service itself, or to resell access. Phone-sync storage is intended for personal business notes (we may apply reasonable size limits). We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or the payment system, and we'll say why.

Your content

Everything you or your assistant creates is yours. We claim no rights over your files or notes. Synced notes are stored only to provide sync and are deleted with your account.

Honesty about limits

AI assistants make mistakes. Solution Portal organizes and drafts; you are responsible for checking quotes, emails, and business decisions before acting on them. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent Swedish law allows, HUGGIN AB's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and by email for significant ones. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Swedish law applies; disputes belong to Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
